API Fellows who have fulfilled all their commitments as a Fellow will have a chance to apply for pose-fellowships grants and activities which include the following:
API Regional Project
The API Regional Project encourages region-wide efforts aimed at deepening relationships among members of the API Community as well as betwteen API Fellows and their various publics. The project promotes extensive collaboration across national boundaries to achieve the goals of the API Community. The current project theme reflects the urgency with which the API Community views questions concerning the enviornment as well as related social and cultural issues. API Salzburg Global Seminar Collaboration
Salzburg Global Seminar focuses on critical challenges confronting the global community and is designed to formulate innovative solutions to global problems. Beginning with Session 1 in 1947, the Salzburg Global Seminar has brought together people committed to make a difference in the world and has informed discussion to inspire innovative thinking and pioneer practical strategies for change. Starting from 2008, the Salzburg Global Seminar and API Fellowships Program have collaborated to provide API Fellows to the opportunity to expand their intellectual capacities by exposing themselves to world intellectual leaders and to convey the messages and voices of Asia in return... more
Follow-Up Grant (FUG)
Follow-Up Grants (FUG) are designed to support projects of API Fellows who have completed their fellowship activities and to nurture a sense of community amongst API Fellows by encouraging collaborative projects. Grants are provided to projects that deal with current issues in the region and whose outcomes will bring about practical benefits to society at large.... more
